Consultation Process

The initial stage of the Firm’s consultation process begins with entering your name, contact information and a brief description of your legal issue(s) further below on this webpage. Mr. Haft or someone from the Firm will respond to your email within one business day with the consultation fee. Consultation fees are generally between $250-$350. The consultation fee is generally credited back to you if you subsequently retain the Firm to represent you.

Following receipt of the consultation fee, you are encouraged to forward any relevant documents to Mr. Haft via email for review prior to your scheduled discussion. This allows for a comprehensive understanding of your situation, ensuring the consultation is as productive as possible.

It’s important to note that the fee for the consultation is variable since it’s contingent upon the intricacy of the issues presented. The consultations take place over the phone or through a Zoom call, whichever is most convenient for you.
