Attorney Scott Haft

Biography

Scott Haft graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2005. After turning down a major league baseball contract with the New York Mets, Mr. Haft attended Nova Southeastern Law School and graduated in 2008. After working at a couple large law firms, Mr. Haft opened Haft Law Group in 2015 and now assists clients in Colorado, Florida and Washington DC. Mr. Haft’s practice primarily focuses on representing small businesses with various “in house counsel” needs for companies that don’t require a full time in house legal team. Mr. Haft also focuses his practice on business and real estate litigation, business formation and transactions, and non-profit organizations. 

Mr. Haft is a Circuit Civil Certified Mediator in the State of Florida.
